  • HSE plant tours are conducted regularly by managers, HSE coordinators and health personell (BHT).
  • HSE coordinators on each shift or area/department.
  • Work environmental committee (BAMU) set guidelines for HSE work.
  • Continuous improvement groups (Kaizen).
  • Appropriate training and information to employees of potential risks.
  • Reduction of waste to reduce our impact on the environment.
  • Programmes to minimise sick leave.
  • Programmes to improve social work environment.
  • Trained rescue team on both plants.
  • Provide resources to manage our health, safety and environmental performance.
  • All health, safety and environmental programs are audited on a regular basis to confirm and improve
    our performance against the requirements of this policy.
